Who We Are
The Mill Café is creating a community that inspires courage, curiosity, and compassion! We do this by providing remarkable hospitality and empowering employment to people with disabilities. As a nonprofit, 100% of the Café’s profit is given to locally founded Partners who are feeding our neighbors, and serving families internationally.
The Mill Cafe is located at 14 Mill St in Arlington, and is open Tuesday through Saturday from 7:30am-4:30pm.
How is the Café connected to Highrock Church?
The people of Highrock Church envisioned a space where all of their neighbors- parents, students, the elderly, commuters, and more- could enjoy coffee and connection throughout the week. In 2023, The Mill Café was born! Both Highrock and The Mill Café exist to create communities of courage, curiosity, and compassion. While Highrock financially supports The Mill Café, all of the Café’s profits are directed towards other non-profit partners. Our hope is that everyone who comes in our doors experiences remarkable hospitality, whether they are visiting the Café during the week or coming to a Sunday service at Highrock.
